TrackMeet Pro is a track meet operations app for youth, school, club, and community athletic events. Public users can access core functionality — live event status, athlete staging updates, and the event schedule — without creating an account or providing any personal information.
Information We Collect
No account required for public use. Public users who browse live event status or the event schedule do not need to provide any personal information.
Notification registration. If you choose to receive push notifications for a specific athlete, we store your device's notification token and the bib number you registered. This information is used only to send staging alerts and is not linked to your identity.
Staff accounts. Meet officials and event staff are granted access by the meet administrator. We store their email address, display name, and assigned role. Staff login is not available to the general public.
Feedback. If you submit in-app feedback, we store the message and optional contact email you provide.
How We Use Information
- To send push notifications when a registered athlete is called to staging or moves to the field
- To display real-time athlete and event status to meet officials
- To authenticate authorized event staff
- To respond to support and feedback requests
Camera
Camera access is used solely to scan athlete bib numbers during staff check-in. Images are processed on-device and are never stored or transmitted.
Push Notifications
Notifications are optional. You may disable them at any time in your device Settings. Your notification token is removed from our system when the permission is revoked.
Third-Party Services
We use Firebase (Google) for database, authentication, and push notifications. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Firebase handles data.
Data Retention
Notification tokens are removed automatically when invalid or when permission is revoked. Meet data is retained until the meet administrator removes it. You may request deletion of any data associated with your contact information by emailing us.
